American Staffordshire Terrier - Sabina - Large - Adult - Male
This darling girl is Sabina. Sabina came from an incredibly high kill shelter in SC. She was at this shelter for months. Although she started out well and friendly at the shelter as her stayed continued she shut down. Poor Sabina ended up getting brutally attacked by another dog and now although she really wants to love other dogs, she's not quite ready to yet. For this reason she would be best as an only dog, however I do believe once she begins to trust humans and other dogs again she will likely recover quickly. She was in a foster home however her foster not only lost her job, likely soon her home, but also her friend and could no longer care for Sabina, in addition she has many other animals so it just didn't workout and she's been in a rehab boarding since. She does fine with some cats, not find with others, she's wonderful with kids. She's about 3 years old, and a divine mix between American Bulldog and Irish Setter. She really needs an amazing home!
